Rouge River Watershed

The Rouge River Watershed is a highly urbanized watershed covering ~465 sq mi in the Southeast Michigan Metropolitan Area. Since 2000, there have been 42 minor and 23 major flood events in the watershed, resulting in ~1.75 billion USD in damages.
